Elimukazi Tanzania is a youth-led initiative based in Tanzania that connects young people to real-world skills supporting employment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. We organize practical training sessions, mentorship programs, and learning events in areas such as business management, hospitality, and workplace readiness
All young people who are eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills are welcome to join Elimukazi’s programs. Whether you are seeking your first job, starting a small business, or just exploring your options, we are here to support you.
If you have professional experience or expertise to share, you can apply to become a mentor by emailing us. We’ll match you with a young person or group who can benefit from your guidance. Mentors can also join as speakers at our events and workshops.
Mentors guide, inspire, and support young people by sharing their knowledge, offering advice, and helping mentees set and achieve their goals. They may also lead workshops or participate in panel discussions.
You can sponsor a youth by making a financial contribution that supports their access to training, learning materials, technology, or mentorship. Sponsorship can be tailored to your preference—support a specific individual or contribute to a general fund.
We welcome all motivated young people. Selection for specific programs may be based on interest, availability, and sometimes application criteria. We strive to be inclusive and provide opportunities to as many youth as possible.
You’ll learn practical, real-world skills such as business management, customer service, digital literacy, workplace readiness, and more. Our programs also focus on building confidence, communication, and leadership.
Organizations can partner with us by providing financial support, sharing resources, co-developing programs, or offering expertise and mentorship. Partnerships help us expand our reach and deepen our impact.
Most of our programs are free or low-cost for participants, thanks to the support of sponsors and partners. Any costs will be clearly communicated in advance.
Stay connected by following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter, or regularly checking our website for updates on events, workshops, and new opportunities.
You can apply online through our website. Simply fill out the application form for your area of interest (participant, mentor, or speaker) and we’ll get in touch with you.
